At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work with ID Logistics in Joliet. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are moved, loaded, and organized safely and effectively.

Shift Patterns

  • Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

  • 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Driver

  • Minimum 6 months of sit-down forklift experience required.
  • Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Steel-toe shoes required.
  • Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Desirable Requirements for Forklift Driver

  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.

Role for Forklift Driver

  • Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
  • Transport materials and stage inventory according to warehouse layout.
  • Replenish stock and assist with loading and unloading trailers.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workplace.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.
