At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in the El Paso area. You will be responsible for the day-to-day material handling inside a fast-paced distribution facility, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Shift Patterns

• Monday 11 AM to 8 PM
• Tuesday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

Pay Rates

• 14.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience
• Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs
• Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM
• Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment

Desirable requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics software
• Basic math and documentation skills for inventory tracking
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit

Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles
• Move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments
• Verify product numbers and condition of goods using RF scanners
• Conduct daily pre-operational equipment safety checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work zone according to safety guidelines
