At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining the speed and accuracy of our customer order fulfillment process in a high-volume environment.

Shift patterns

• 1st shift Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

Role for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety policies
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
