At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with ACCO Brands in Booneville. This role involves safely operating industrial trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Shift patterns

• 6am-2pm with up to 2 hours of overtime daily, if needed Monday - Friday, occasionally Saturday

Pay rates

• 14.66 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift operator

• Previous Forklift experience
• Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Desirable requirements for Forklift operator

• 3+ years of continuous experience operating material handling equipment in high-volume warehouse environments
• Experience working in high-bay or high-density storage facilities

Role for Forklift operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location
• Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move product through facility ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids and boxes
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
• Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport and stack materials
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient and safe outcomes
