At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Problem Resolution Associate to work with a leading logistics partner in the Brownsburg area. This role is essential for maintaining inventory integrity and supporting warehouse operations through proactive problem-solving and accurate cycle counting.

Shift Patterns

Monday through Friday, 6PM - 4:30 AM, with availability to work 7 days out of the week.

Pay Rates

18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Problem Resolution

Do you have experience using WMS, RF scanners, or inventory systems? (Yes/No)
Have you maintained inventory accuracy, including audits or discrepancy resolution? (Yes/No)
Do you have cycle counting experience in a warehouse setting? (Yes/No)
Are you comfortable with accurate data entry in inventory systems? (Yes/No)
Have you identified and resolved inventory issues? (Yes/No)

Role for Problem Resolution

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing products.
Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.
Document issues and resolutions accurately within warehouse management systems.
Collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership teams to identify root causes.
Assist with audits and physical inventory processes.

Location: Brownsburg. This position is based in a warehouse environment near Avon.
