• 1st Shift 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay rates

• 16.00 - 17.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.

Desirable requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate

• Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.
• Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
• Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.
• Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages.
• Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line.

Role for Manufacturing Production Associate

• Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of window and door units.
• Use small hand tools and power equipment to assemble parts and units.
• Operate and monitor machinery while measuring workpieces for accuracy.
• Inspect products for quality and report any damages, safety hazards, or incidents to management.
