CNC Mill Machinist

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a CNC Mill Machinist to work with a leading manufacturing company in Auburn Hills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a super modern, well-organized, and temperature-controlled shop environment equipped with new machinery.

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: 6:30/7am - 4/5pm, average 45-55 hours per week
• 2nd shift: 5:30pm - 2am/3am, average 45-55 hours per week
• Hours are subject to change based on workload and overtime requirements

Pay Rates

• 30.00 - 32.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for CNC Mill Machinist

• More than 2 years of experience with CNC mill setups
• More than 2 years of experience editing CNC programs using G or M codes
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read gages, micrometers, and calipers
• More than 2 years of tenure at past jobs

Desirable requirements for CNC Mill Machinist

• Someone who enjoys multitasking would be a great fit

Role for CNC Mill Machinist

• Set up and operate Haas CNC Mills to machine precision details
• Utilize Fanuc CNC controls and G&M codes to edit programs effectively
• Make necessary adjustments to speed, feed, and angles to ensure quality
• Perform short run and semi-production machining, ranging from 10 to 70 pieces
• Machine manifolds, cavity molds, and injection valves of various sizes

Location: Auburn Hills. Work in a professional, climate-controlled facility.
