Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with a leading company in Rialto. This role involves handling inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

• 1st shift: Sunday to Wednesday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Responsibilities for Warehouse associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build pallets according to distribution instructions
• Break down and shrink-wrap freight according to specifications
• Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Use manual pallet jacks and operate proper equipment

Location: Rialto. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
