Warehouse Associates

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Associates to work with a leading logistics company in Rialto. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys active work.

Shift patterns:

• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm - 12:30 am
• 1st day starts at 5:00 PM

Pay rates:

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Associates:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and moving merchandise throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working on your feet for 8–10 hours.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associates:

• Previous warehouse or picking experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to meet productivity expectations.

Role for Warehouse Associates:

• Pick merchandise according to customer orders using an RF scanner.
• Locate products throughout the warehouse and verify item numbers and quantities.
• Follow picking instructions and meet daily productivity goals.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared for packing or shipping.
