1st Shift Forklift

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for 1st Shift Forklift to work with Bright International in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse efficiency, ensuring that materials are moved safely and accurately throughout the facility.

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for 1st Shift Forklift

• Do you have previous stand-up forklift experience?
• Do you have knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control?
• Are you comfortable with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment?
• Are you able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary?

Role Tasks for 1st Shift Forklift

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the industrial facility.
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery throughout the warehouse.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes.
• Secure materials and products for transport to designated storage or shipping areas.
• Control levers, forks, and hoists to effectively load, transport, and stack materials.

Location: New Albany. This position is based in a key industrial hub, providing a stable work environment.
