Picker /Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker /Packer to work with KDC/One Acupac in Mahwah. This role involves ensuring products are accurately picked and packed for customer delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. Start immediately.
• Please note: This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The role is available only on selected days during the week based on operational needs.

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker /Packer

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site.

Skills and Qualifications for Picker /Packer

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Role Responsibilities for Picker /Packer

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery.
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.
• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage.
• Consistently perform job functions while prioritizing safety, punctuality, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to accurately complete daily work.
