At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in South Whitehall Twp. This role involves ensuring that products are accurately picked and packed for customer delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.

Shift patterns

1st shift Monday to Friday 6am to 4:30pm

Pay rates

17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift
Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery
Ensure items are packaged correctly and placed in the proper containers
Handle products with care to avoid damage
Maintain a consistent pace throughout the work period
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines
