Warehouse Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading distribution center in Bethlehem, PA. You will be the backbone of the operational supply chain, handling a broad range of general warehouse duties including inventory handling, receiving, sorting, and staging goods.

Shift Patterns

• 1BH-HUB | 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM (10h 30m) - Repeats weekly on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout a shift
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the site in Bethlehem, PA
• Must be willing to participate in an onsite interview

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Unload inbound freight and load outbound trailers safely
• Inspect incoming shipments and process intake using RF equipment
• Assist with order picking, packing, and staging goods for daily shipments
• Conduct basic counting and inventory audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workstation following OSHA guidelines
