Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Worth Township. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join a dynamic warehouse team where every member is valued.

Shift Patterns

• First week: Thursday and Friday
• Regular schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Overtime expectations apply

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Please describe your experience using RF scanners, including the tasks you performed and the systems or processes you supported.
• Explain the steps you take to ensure accuracy when inspecting products, handling inventory, or preparing items for shipment.
• Share an example of a time when you identified and corrected a discrepancy in inventory, packaging, or product quality before it became a larger issue.
• Please explain your experience auditing orders once completed.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks to support warehouse operations, including returns, taping, and loading/unloading.
• Use RF scanners to process returned items and assess product condition.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the facility to support 5S initiatives.
• Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and documented during all processes.
