Shift Patterns

• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 5:00 AM through 5:30 PM.
• Includes every other weekend and potential overtime as needed.

Pay Rates

• 20.16 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Formation Associate

• Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds throughout a 12-hour shift.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar industrial environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information into a computer system.

Desirable Requirements for Formation Associate

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience.

Role for Formation Associate

• Slide batteries from pallets onto conveyor systems and remove jumper cables.
• Operate machinery to fill batteries with acid and install in-process and final caps.
• Perform process checks, quality inspections, and verify charging specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.
• Enter production data into computer systems and use manual OCV meters.
