At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Problem Solver to work with a leading logistics company in White Haven. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies, resolving issues, and supporting quality and audit compliance. You will work closely with warehouse operations to identify root causes and ensure inventory records remain precise while adhering to safety and Good Manufacturing Practice standards.

Shift Patterns

  • Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 7:00:00am-5:30:00pm

Pay Rates

  • 24.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Inventory Problem Solver

  • More than 1 year of inventory control, cycle counts, or resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Ability to use Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as SAP, Manhattan, PKMS, Swisslog, or a similar inventory system
  • Ability to investigate inventory issues
  • Ability to maintain accurate records

  • Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse

Role for Inventory Problem Solver

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts and audits
  • Research inventory issues to determine root causes and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support audit preparation and ensure all documentation is current
  • Update and maintain training records and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Communicate quality concerns and corrective actions to warehouse associates

Location: White Haven. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.
