Dock Stocker

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Dock Stocker to work with Deckers Brands in Mooresville. We are looking for an experienced operator to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods and accurate inventory flow.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with mandatory overtime and weekend availability.

Pay Rates

• 20.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Dock Stocker

• Dock stocker or stand-up forklift experience
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Experience with RF scanners
• Must wear steel toe shoes

Role for Dock Stocker

• Operate a dock stocker forklift to move pallets safely throughout the facility
• Load and unload trailers efficiently
• Replenish pick locations to maintain inventory levels
• Maintain accurate flow of goods within the warehouse

Location: Mooresville. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
