This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to recommending qualified applicants for hire, helping to attract top talent while promoting the organization as a great place to work.

• Monday to Friday, core hours: 8am to 5pm

Pay Rates

• 40.00 - 47.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Recruiter

• More than 2 years of recruiting experience
• Ability to do full cycle recruiting
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with general supervision
• Professional judgement and the ability to influence others through clear communication

Role for Recruiter

• Source, attract, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Recommend qualified internal and external candidates for hire
• Promote the company culture, values, and employment opportunities
• Conduct pre-employment testing, reference checks, and assessments
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records

Location: Greensboro. This position is based in a key operational hub for the company.
