At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pickers/Packers to work with Somerset Talent Pool in Somerset. This role involves ensuring products are accurately picked and packed for customer delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift BHN Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:00 pm - 5:30 am

Pay Rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pickers/Packers

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Tasks for Pickers/Packers

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers
• Maintain a consistent packing pace throughout the entire work shift
• Handle all products with care to prevent damage
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and safety standards
