Warehouse Associates

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Associates to work with a leading logistics partner in Rialto. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will play a key part in the order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are handled with precision and efficiency.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm - 12:30 am (1st day at 3:00 PM)

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associates

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, bend, reach, and move merchandise throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for 8–10 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Associates

• Previous warehouse or picking experience is preferred.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to meet productivity expectations.

Role for Warehouse Associates

• Pick merchandise according to customer orders using an RF scanner.
• Locate products throughout the warehouse and verify item numbers and quantities.
• Follow picking instructions and meet daily productivity goals.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared for packing or shipping.

Location: Rialto. This position is located in a central distribution hub.
