Production Associate
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package custom window and door units.
Shift Details
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
- Mandatory weekend work and overtime as needed
Pay Rates
- 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Associate
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to a strict attendance policy with no issues regarding punctuality
- Ability to take pride in accurate work and attention to detail
- Flexibility to rotate between stations on short notice
Skills Requirements for Production Associate
- Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
- Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment
- Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line
- Capacity to operate equipment and tools requiring close control and adherence to production orders
Role Responsibilities for Production Associate
- Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units
- Read and interpret schematics to understand production processes
- Use a variety of hand and power tools effectively
- Operate and monitor machinery while measuring workpieces
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or safety hazards to management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Location: Swainsboro. This position is based on-site at our production facility.
