Pick/Pack
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading distribution facility in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, you will select, verify, and pack customer orders while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- 2nd shift (Thursday - Monday 3pm - 11:30pm)
Pay Rates
- 19.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail to meet shift pick/pack metrics without error
- Ability to wear non-slip, closed-toe shoes and basic work apparel
- Dependable transportation to and from the Moreno Valley job site
Role for Pick/Pack
- Locate, retrieve, and select items throughout warehouse aisles according to RF scanner or pick list instructions
- Inspect merchandise, pack items securely using proper cushioning materials, and attach correct shipping labels
- Check products for defects, discrepancies, or damage before shipment
- Operate handheld scanners and basic material handling tools like manual pallet jacks or carts
- Maintain a clean work zone and strictly follow site safety standards
Location: Moreno Valley. This position is based in a fast-paced distribution facility.
