At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operator Quality Control to work with a leading automotive component manufacturer in Greer. This role involves executing various production stages on an assembly line or within small teams, making it suitable for those with a foundational interest in manufacturing quality.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 7:00pm-3:30am with occasional Saturdays.

Pay Rates

• 19.30 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operator Quality Control

• Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers.
• Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Process Instructions.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of this position, including reaching items stored at heights up to 5 feet.
• Must not have previously worked at BMW Plant as rehires are not accepted at this time.

Desirable requirements for Production Operator Quality Control

• Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Role for Production Operator Quality Control

• Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions.
• Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations.
• Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks.
• Identify and escalate potential non-conformities through formal protocols.
• Assist with root cause analysis and warranty reviews.
