At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Onsite Coordinator to work with ITS Logistics in Whitestown, IN. This is an internal position with Job&Talent, where you will serve as the primary point of contact between our associates, client leadership, and our internal team to ensure daily staffing needs are met while maintaining positive relationships.

Shift Patterns:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Flexibility is required to adjust working hours based on business needs, including earlier starts or later departures.

Pay Rates:

  • 27.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Onsite Coordinator:

  • Do you have at least 1 year of experience in staffing coordination, workforce management, human resources, or employee supervision? Please briefly describe your experience.
  • Are you fluent in English, both written and verbal, and comfortable communicating professionally with employees, management, and clients?
  • Are you available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility to arrive earlier or stay later based on business needs?
  • What experience do you have using spreadsheets, email, or workforce management systems to track employee attendance, manage schedules, coordinate staffing coverage, and prepare reports?

Role for Onsite Coordinator:

  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for associates and client leadership.
  • Coordinate daily staffing needs, employee attendance, scheduling, and workforce coverage.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientations, and new-hire integration.
  • Monitor attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and assignment changes.
  • Assist with employee coaching, documentation, and corrective actions.

Location: Whitestown, IN. This position is based at a client facility in Worth Township.
