Sanitation

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sanitation worker to work with a premier food manufacturing facility in Franklin. In this role, you will be critical to food safety and facility operations by deep-cleaning, washing, and sanitizing processing equipment, production lines, and plant areas to meet strict regulatory and quality standards.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Sanitation

• Experience working in sanitation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8–10 hour shifts
• Comfort wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in wet, humid, or temperature-varied plant environments

Role for Sanitation

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble processing machinery, conveyors, and packaging lines using high-pressure equipment.
• Safely mix, dilute, and apply specialized cleaning chemicals and sanitizers according to safety guidelines.
• Wash walls, floors, drains, and storage areas to maintain an allergen-free and pest-controlled environment.
• Strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), HACCP guidelines, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Perform pre-operational checks, complete sanitation logs, and report quality concerns to management.
