Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Worth Township. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support warehouse operations, including returns processing, taping, and loading/unloading goods. This role offers a variety of tasks and opportunities to contribute to a smooth and efficient warehouse operation.

Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Shift will transition to Tuesday to Saturday soon. Extended hours until 7:30 PM may be required as needed.

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Please describe your experience using RF scanners, including the tasks you performed and the systems or processes you supported.
• Explain the steps you take to ensure accuracy when inspecting products, handling inventory, or preparing items for shipment.
• Share an example of a time when you identified and corrected a discrepancy in inventory, packaging, or product quality before it became a larger issue.
• Please explain your experience auditing orders once completed.

Role Responsibilities for Pick/Pack

• Process returned items using RF scanners and assess product condition for defects or damages.
• Support facility organization and cleanliness through the 5S initiative.
• Physically unload and load goods from trailers, lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation during all handling processes.
• Perform physical tasks for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Worth Township. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse facility.
