At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a PTL (Pick to Light) Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders using a specialized Pick-to-Light system in a warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

  • Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am; Fri shifts as scheduled
  • 30-minute lunch break

Pay Rates

  • 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for PTL (Pick to Light) Operator

  • Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Perform quality checks on products and completed orders
  • Monitor workflow and assist other team members as needed
