Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. This role is responsible for assembling components and finished products according to established quality, safety, and production standards.

Pay Rates

• 15.25 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs consistently over a 10-12 hour shift, 6 days a week.
• Ability to lift and reach over 7 feet from the ground to place items.
• Previous experience working at this company or having relatives currently employed there.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to assemble products correctly according to specifications and quality control guidelines.
• Ability to perform assembly tasks consistently throughout the work period.
• Ability to handle products carefully to ensure safety.
• Previous industrial or assembly experience.
• Ability to provide own work clothing, including jeans, a collared shirt, and closed-toed, sturdy shoes.

Role

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
