Receiving Material Handler SI

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Receiving Material Handler SI to work with a leading retail distribution company in Logan Township. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency, as you will be responsible for unloading, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring all materials are accurately received, documented, and safely stored.

Shift Patterns

  • MONDAY - THURSDAY ( 4:15AM - 2:45PM )

Pay Rates

  • 18.66 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Receiving Material Handler SI

  • Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and experience with scanners or WMS systems is a plus
  • Ability to read and understand shipping documents and labels
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements for Receiving Material Handler SI

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)

Role Responsibilities for Receiving Material Handler SI

  • Unload incoming freight from trucks and containers efficiently
  • Inspect shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders
  • Process and document incoming inventory accurately
  • Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area to support operational flow

Location: Logan Township. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse facility.
