Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. This role involves handling inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, weekends as needed 1:00 PM-10:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 13.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build pallets according to distribution instructions
• Break down and shrink-wrap freight according to specifications
• Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Communicate any inventory or shipment problems effectively

Location: El Paso. This position is based in a busy warehouse facility.
