At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Loader SII to work with a leading company in the retail sector in Edgewater Park. This role is essential for maintaining efficient shipping operations, ensuring that outbound shipments are handled with accuracy, safety, and care to meet daily production goals.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM

Pay Rates

  • 20.41 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Loader SII

  • Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical and Work Environment Requirements for Loader SII

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
  • May require overtime, weekends, or peak-season availability

Key Responsibilities for Loader SII

  • Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers in a safe and timely manner
  • Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets, pick tickets, or manifests
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit
  • Maintain a clean and organized loading area to ensure a safe work environment
  • Assist with staging, sorting, and scanning of products prior to loading

Location: Edgewater Park. The position is based in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting.
