This role is essential for supporting daily warehouse operations, providing day-to-day guidance to the team, and ensuring that picking, packing, and inventory activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

  • Wed-Sat 06:00-16:30 (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

  • 25.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Lead Warehouse Associate

  • Experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Skills Requirements for Lead Warehouse Associate

  • Ability to follow and communicate warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
  • Previous experience leading, training, or coordinating warehouse associates.
  • Ability to review orders on a computer screen or iPad.
