At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics and distribution company in Bethlehem, PA. You will play a critical part in day-to-day warehouse operations, handling material transport, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory flow.

Shift Patterns

• 1FH-Replenishment: 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM (10h 30m)
• Repeats weekly on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Mandatory or voluntary overtime may be required based on seasonal demand.

Pay Rates

• 18.75 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
• Minimum 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience operating forklifts (Stand-Up Reach or Sit-Down Counterbalance preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate power industrial trucks including reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and electric pallet jacks.
• Unload incoming freight, inspect shipments for damage, and stage materials for put-away.
• Locate, move, and stack pallets into high-bay racking systems using RF scanners.
• Replenish picking locations and assist packing teams during peak volume periods.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain a safe, hazard-free workspace.
