At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor / Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Kenosha. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing handheld scanners and modern technology to ensure quality and safety.

Shift Patterns

  • Wed-Sat 7:00pm-5:30am (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

  • 22.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor / Warehouse Associate

  • Experience working in a warehouse

Desirable requirements for General Labor / Warehouse Associate

  • Comfortable using smartphones, handheld scanners, and warehouse technology
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Role for General Labor / Warehouse Associate

  • Pick customer orders using handheld scanners and digital pick lists
  • Pack products securely for shipment and apply correct labels
  • Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or defective items
  • Load, unload, sort, and organize products as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
