At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with Southaven Talent Pool in Southaven. This is a Pick and Pack position where you will play a key role in ensuring our products are prepared and shipped to meet customer expectations.

Shift Patterns

• Front Half Night: Sunday - Wednesday 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Back Half Night: Thursday - Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for General Laborer

• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.

Role for General Laborer

• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, cleaning, or assembling components as needed.
• Package products according to company and customer specifications.
• Label and organize packaged items for shipping or storage.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate basic packing equipment and tools.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as required.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
