Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with Expeditors in Santa Teresa. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that shipments are processed efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

• Monday to Saturday 5 AM to 1 PM

Pay rates

• 13.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build pallets according to distribution instructions
• Break down and shrink-wrap freight according to specifications
• Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Use manual pallet jacks to organize stock and move inventory

Location: Santa Teresa. This position is based in a busy distribution environment.
