At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work with a leading logistics company in Joliet. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift to manage inventory and ensure the smooth flow of warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Mon-Fri 15:00-23:00 (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

• 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of sit-down forklift experience required
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Reliable transportation
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Desirable Skills

• Forklift certification preferred
• Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Role Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and organize products
• Transport materials and stage inventory throughout the warehouse
• Replenish stock and assist with trailer loading and unloading
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workplace
• Meet productivity and quality standards consistently
