At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General labor to work with a leading logistics company in Avon. This role involves ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery to customers.

Shift patterns

• Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Pay rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Requirements for General labor

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Role for General labor

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery.
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily deadlines.
• Maintain a focus on safety and punctuality throughout the shift.
