Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics partner in Burlington. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately prepared and ready for shipment.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:30pm
• Overtime will be called upon start.

Pay Rates

• 16.25 - 17.75 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and move products as needed

Role for Pick/Pack

• Pick and pack products into shipping boxes accurately and consistently throughout the shift
• Ensure the correct items are placed in the proper containers
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage
• Follow all safety procedures and meet productivity deadlines
• Work with team members to complete daily work efficiently while keeping the work area clean

Location: Burlington. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
