Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with DMI Personal Care in Wharton. This role is essential for supporting daily production, packaging, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift | 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Are you able to stand for 8-hour shifts on a production line in a warehouse?

Desirable Requirements

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with a positive attitude

Role

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Verify that the correct products are packaged and placed in the appropriate containers
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards throughout the work shift
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete daily work assignments
