At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate / Picker / Packer to work with Reno Talent Pool in Reno. This is an immediate opening for dedicated individuals looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. We are hiring immediately for roles involving order fulfillment, display building, and value-added services.

Shift Patterns

Monday to Friday 3:30PM-12:00AM
Overtime as needed

Pay Rates

18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate / Picker / Packer

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in non-climate controlled warehouse conditions, including cold or hot environments and heights
Ability to work in fast-paced settings
Proficiency in English communication

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Associate / Picker / Packer

Dependable transportation to and from the job site
Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate / Picker / Packer

Perform order picking and auditing functions in a timely and accurate manner
Receive goods, counting and auditing against receipt paperwork
Replenish pick lines to maintain inventory flow
Safely load and unload trailers for inbound and outbound stock
Verify load accuracy, including checking load count, stability, and product damage
Design, build, and maintain store product displays
Assemble, pack, label, or kit products as part of value-added services
Follow established procedures for damaged equipment

Location: Reno. The position is based in the Reno and Sparks, Nevada area.
