Warehouse Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics provider in North Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Sunday to Thursday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.00 - 20.00 USD hourly

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, and apply accurate shipping labels.
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary packing materials.

Location: North Aurora. The position is based in a modern distribution center.
