DC Associate 1

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a DC Associate 1 to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in Booneville. This role supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by picking, packing, assembling, and moving products, ensuring orders are prepared for shipment with high standards of accuracy and safety.

Shift patterns

• Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30 pm, with up to 2 hours daily of overtime

Pay rates

• 13.84 USD hourly

Essential requirements for DC Associate 1

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Desirable requirements for DC Associate 1

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
• Basic inventory or warehouse tracking experience.
• Ability to read load sheets and follow customer requirements.
• Basic math skills and computer or RF scanner experience.

Role for DC Associate 1

• Pick items from pallets and shelves using pick tickets.
• Pack and prepare cartons for shipment.
• Label and palletize finished products.
• Load and unload materials and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
