Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics partner in Avon. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that products are accurately prepared and shipped to customers efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday from 7:00 P.M. to 5:30 A.M.
• You will be training on the day shift for the first 2 days before transitioning to the night schedule starting on 11/23/26.

Pay Rates

• 18.50 - 19.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers.
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the entire work period while remaining on your feet.
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product.
• Collaborate with team members to accurately complete daily work quotas while prioritizing safety and punctuality.
