General Laborer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading company in the food production sector in Sidney. This position supports daily production operations in a fast-paced reprocessing and packaging environment, where you will be responsible for safely handling materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the facility remains clean and organized.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 7:00-3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for General Laborer

• How many years experience do you have working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor environment?
• This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds throughout the shift. Are you able to perform these essential job functions?
• Are you comfortable reading and following written work instructions and accurately completing basic production paperwork?
• This position requires dependable attendance and punctuality to support production schedules. Are you able to maintain reliable attendance and arrive to work on time as scheduled?

Role for General Laborer

• Assist with reprocessing and packaging operations according to established procedures.
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
• Transfer approximately 35-pound containers of oil into designated totes following production guidelines.
• Record and register batch numbers, product information, and production data accurately.
• Perform routine housekeeping, including cleaning equipment, workstations, and production areas to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Location: Sidney. This role is based in a facility focused on efficient production and high safety standards.
