At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Control Lead to work with a leading apparel company in the North East. This role is essential for maintaining high standards in garment production and ensuring all products meet our quality specifications.

Shift Patterns

• Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Rates

• 21.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Quality Control Lead:

• Previous experience in garment and sewing inspection.
• Ability to measure and inspect high-end garments in inches.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in conducting AQL 2.5 – 1.5 inspections and managing 100% inspection processes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Skills Requirements for Quality Control Lead:

• Experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Role Tasks for Quality Control Lead:

• Implement and monitor the inspection team's daily activities.
• Spec garments to confirm they achieve target measurements.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve production issues.
• Notify the production manager of any quality concerns.
• Prepare ASN AQL inspection reports and manage PP/TOP sample comparisons.
