At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor position to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. You will play a key role in maintaining warehouse efficiency by handling inventory, picking orders, and preparing shipments for our customers.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Requirements for General Labor

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English or Spanish
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment

• Receive new inventory and ensure it is correctly stored in the system
• Pick products accurately to keep the warehouse workflow moving
• Pack items securely to ensure high-quality shipments
