At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Weekend Picker/Packer to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role is based in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art 3PL fulfillment center where you will play a vital role in the supply chain by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for safe and timely shipment.

Shift Patterns

• Thursday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Weekend Picker/Packer

• Must have availability to work every weekend
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during shift when necessary
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Experience working in a production tracking fast paced job environment

Desirable Requirements for Weekend Picker/Packer

• Experience working in a 3PL environment
• Familiarity with picking and packing operations
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible to change departments per business needs
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions

Role for Weekend Picker/Packer

• Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using digital picking sheets or RF scanners.
• Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications to ensure damage-free delivery.
• Scan and verify product barcodes and quantities to maintain 100% order accuracy.
• Utilize warehouse management software to update real-time stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station.
