Introduction

We are recruiting for a Shipping Associate to work with a leading manufacturing facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers long-term career growth for candidates who demonstrate strong performance in attendance, productivity, and safety.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with potential for overtime, weekends, and schedule changes.

Pay Rates

• 20.16 USD hourly

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, logistics, or related experience.
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Role Responsibilities

• Move battery pallets on and off conveyor systems.
• Process batteries using computer systems and shipping software.
• Follow customer orders, pick lists, and shipping specifications.
• Apply labels, caps, handles, and other customer-specific decorations.
• Maintain 5S workplace standards and follow safety procedures.
