Production Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package custom window and door units. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Shift Patterns:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
• Mandatory weekend work and overtime as needed

Pay Rates:

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Associate:

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently
• Strict adherence to attendance policies regarding punctuality and absences
• Willingness to rotate between different assembly stations with little notice
• Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment

Skills Requirements for Production Associate:

• Ability to read and interpret schematics for production processes
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools
• Experience operating and monitoring production machinery
• Ability to accurately measure workpieces

Role for Production Associate:

• Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units
• Assemble parts and units according to production orders
• Inspect products for quality and potential damage
• Report product damages, safety hazards, and operational concerns to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Location: Swainsboro. This position is based on-site at our production facility.
